Job Title: Graphic Designer
Department: Marketing / Creative
Reports to: Creative Director / Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Visual Design

Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other visual materials.

Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, websites, social media, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

✅ Branding

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all designs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ideas into effective visual solutions.

✅ Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver assets that meet project goals and deadlines.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

✅ Production

Prepare final designs for production (print and digital).

Ensure all work meets technical requirements and is optimized for various channels.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of professional design experience (or a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills).

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.

Familiarity with web and mobile design principles.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion graphics or video editing.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Photography skills are a bonus.
